Orders placed before 5pm typically ship same day and are delivered within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will ship out the following Monday.

We do our best to ensure all items are sent in perfect condition but in the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged or defective item please send us an email with a photo of the defect within 3 days of receiving your item. You can reach us at: info@shopthreadandco.com

We understand these things can happen. We encourage you to check neighbors and household members, wait 24-48 hours, contact the carrier, file police report if stolen and lastly notify us. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages, but we are happy to send tracking details and help with filing a claim.
